Peace Established, Dharma Established

After the killing of Hiranyakashipu, the anger of Lord Narasimha was not subsiding. His fierce form was frightening even the gods and Gandharvas. No one had the power to go near him and calm him down.

Narasimha's Anger and the Gods' Anxiety

Narasimha Dev was shaking the three worlds with his roar. His eyes were red with anger and his nails were still stained with Hiranyakashipu's blood. The gods, frightened, went to Brahma Ji and began to plead, "O Father! There is a fear of destruction in creation due to the anger of Lord Narasimha. Please do something." Brahma Ji, taking the gods with him, went to Lord Narasimha, but it was difficult to bear his radiance.

Brahma Ji prayed with folded hands, "O Lord, you are the protector of this creation. This anger of yours can prove to be destructive for the three worlds. Please calm down. Have mercy on your devotees." But Narasimha Dev's anger did not subside.

Prahlada's Prayer

Brahma Ji then ordered Prahlada to come forward. Prahlada, who had endured the atrocities of his father and had unwavering faith in Lord Vishnu, slowly approached Lord Narasimha. Trembling with fear and devotion, he bowed at the feet of Narasimha Dev. There were tears in Prahlada's eyes, but there was an expression of peace and surrender on his face. Then he began to praise Narasimha Dev. He sang many verses describing the qualities of the Lord, which described the Lord's mercy, compassion, and love for his devotees.

"O Lord, you are the beginning, you are the end. This creation is your play. I, a humble child, take refuge at your feet. My father has committed atrocities on your devotees, but I know that your justice is supreme. Please calm down," Prahlada said, praying from the depths of his heart. Lord Narasimha's anger gradually began to subside. Seeing Prahlada's heart filled with devotion and love, his cruelty melted away. He lifted Prahlada and embraced him.

Prahlada's Coronation and Establishment of Dharma

After Lord Narasimha's anger subsided, the gods breathed a sigh of relief. They placed Prahlada on the throne and coronated him. Prahlada ruled as a righteous king. He worked for the happiness and welfare of the people and promoted Vishnu devotion. His kingdom was filled with happiness, peace, and prosperity. Tyranny and injustice came to an end and Dharma was established.

Lord Narasimha blessed Prahlada that his lineage would always be absorbed in Vishnu devotion and would follow Dharma. He gave Prahlada the knowledge of how a king should protect his people and follow Dharma. By the grace of Lord Vishnu, a new era began on earth, in which truth, love, and justice prevailed.
