Chapter 4 of the Shiva Purana — Tales of Shiva's Powers. This chapter describes stories related to Shiva's various powers and his wondrous deeds.

Chapter 7 of the Ramayana — Return to Ayodhya and Reign. Ram, Sita, and Lakshman return to Ayodhya where they are grandly welcomed, and Ram becomes an ideal king.

Chapter 3 of the Devi Bhagwat Purana — The End of Mahishasura. Goddess Durga finally slays Mahishasura, bringing peace to heaven and earth.

Chapter 9 of Shrimad Bhagwat Puran — Liberation and Vishnu's Grace. This chapter describes attaining salvation through devotion to Lord Vishnu, the importance of His grace, and the fruits of listening to the Bhagwat Puran.

Chapter 5 of Ramcharitmanas — Sundarkand: Hanuman's Journey. This canto describes Hanuman's journey to Lanka, his meeting with Sita, and the burning of Lanka.

Chapter 3 of the Shiva Purana — The Marriage of Parvati and Shiva. This chapter describes the divine story of Parvati's intense penance and her marriage with Shiva.

Chapter 6 of the Ramayana — The War of Lanka. A fierce battle takes place between Rama and Ravana, in which Ravana is slain and Sita is freed.

Chapter 2 of Devi Bhagwat Purana — Battle with Mahishasura. A fierce battle takes place between Goddess Durga and Mahishasura, in which the Goddess destroys the demons in various forms.

Chapter 8 of Shrimad Bhagwat Purana — Other Incarnations and the Glory of Vishnu. Descriptions of other incarnations of Vishnu, such as Parashurama and Buddha, and the singing of their glory are presented.

Chapter 4 of Ramcharitmanas — Kishkindha Kand: The Alliance of Vanaras. This Kand narrates the story of the meeting of Rama and Hanuman, the friendship with Sugriva, and the slaying of Bali.

Chapter 2 of the Shiva Purana — Sati's Sacrifice and Rebirth. This chapter narrates the story of Sati immolating herself in Daksha Prajapati's sacrificial fire pit and her rebirth as Parvati.

Chapter 5 of the Ramayana — Friendship and Search. Rama befriends Sugriva, and Hanuman goes to Lanka in search of Sita.
