Word-Meaning and Interpretation
In the initial couplet, Tulsidas Ji says that he cleanses his mind with the dust of his Guru's feet. He describes the immaculate glory of Raghunath (Ram), who bestows the four fruits - Dharma (righteousness), Artha (wealth), Kama (desire), and Moksha (liberation).
The first Chaupai, "Jai Hanuman Gyan Gun Sagar. Jai Kapis Tihun Lok Ujagar." means that Hanuman Ji is the ocean of knowledge and virtues.
