Meaning of the Aarti
The first stanza, "Jai Ambe Gauri, Maiya Jai Shyama Gauri. Tumko Nishdin Dhyavat, Hari Brahma Shivri॥" means - Hail to you, O Ambe Gauri, O Mother Shyama Gauri.
