ॐ त्र्यम्बकं यजामहे सुगन्धिं पुष्टिवर्धनम्। उर्वारुकमिव बन्धनान्मृत्योर्मुक्षीय मामृतात्॥

This is a mantra of Lord Shiva (Mahamrityunjaya).

Chant this mantra 108 times (one mala) using a Rudraksha or Tulsi mala, sitting in a clean place facing east, with faith and concentration.

Brahma Muhurat (before sunrise) and the morning hours are best, but it can be chanted at any time with a pure mind.

📿 Chanting Method

1Bathe in the morning, wear clean clothes and sit in a calm, sacred place meditating on Lord Shiva (Mahamrityunjaya).
2Face the east or north and offer bel leaves and water to Lord Shiva (Mahamrityunjaya).
3Chant the mantra «ॐ त्र्यम्बकं यजामहे सुगन्धिं पुष्टिवर्धनम्। उर्वारुकमिव बन्धनान्मृत्योर्मुक्षीय मामृतात्॥» 108 times (one mala) using a Rudraksha or Tulsi mala.
4Keep the mind focused and recite with faith and devotion towards Lord Shiva (Mahamrityunjaya).
5Chanting regularly every day quickly earns the grace of Lord Shiva (Mahamrityunjaya).
