Centuries ago, when the path of righteousness and justice began to dim, Goddess Bahucharaji decided to spread her light on Earth. She appeared to a devotee named Shridhar, who was filled with true devotion and faith. Shridhar was a simple cowherd, but his heart was overflowing with love for the Goddess. Amidst the dust and dirt, a wondrous light shone, as if heaven itself had descended to Earth. Shridhar closed his eyes in fear and awe, but his heart yearned intensely to see the Goddess.

The Goddess said to Shridhar, "Shridhar, my devotee, I am pleased with your devotion. I wish for you to build a temple for me, where people can come to worship me and find liberation from their sufferings." Shridhar joined his hands and said, "Mother, I am but a poor cowherd. How can I build such a grand temple?" The Goddess smiled and said, "Do not worry, Shridhar. I will help you. Whoever worships me with a true heart will have their desires fulfilled, and they will help you."

Devotees' Faith and Dedication Towards the Mother

As per the Goddess's command, Shridhar began the construction of the temple. Gradually, people learned about the miracle of Bahucharaji Mata, and they started coming to the temple from far and wide. Every devotee was contributing to the construction of the temple according to their faith and capacity; some brought stones, others brought soil. There was immense faith in the hearts of the people towards the Mother. They knew that the Mother would protect them and show them the right path. The name of Bahucharaji Mata began to echo in all directions.

Once, a poor farmer named Ramu was very distressed due to a crop failure. He had heard that Bahucharaji Mata fulfills everyone's wishes. Ramu went to the temple and, weeping, told the Mother about his troubles. He prayed to the Mother for his crops to be good. Moved by Ramu's devotion, the Mother was touched. She blessed Ramu and said, "Go, Ramu, your crops will be good. Have faith in me." Ramu returned to his village and saw that his crops had become lush and green. He danced with joy and thanked the Mother.
