Fast of Ambaji Maa

This is a matter of many years ago. There was a village named Virpur. A family lived in that village. There were seven members in that family. Their parents, two sons, two sons-in-law and a daughter. The head of the family is named Jeevanbhai and his wife's name is Valibahen. The sons are named Ramji and Shamji. The sister's name is Radha. She was the youngest in the house

In this way the family is considered large, yet very united. There was so much harmony between them that people envied them. The mother-in-law should also treat the daughters-in-law like daughters, the sons-in-law should also worship and respect the mother-in-law not as a mother-in-law but as a mother. Radha also respected her sisters-in-law very much. She helps her in every work. The sisters-in-law also showered excessive affection on the sister-in-law.

The family had a grocery store in the market. All the livelihood of the house runs from this shop. The car of the house was about to fall. But due to Samp and penance, both his tanks pass comfortably.

Both brothers Ramji and Shamji used to sit at the shop with their father. He traded very honestly, never insulted the customers. The goods were also given after giving full darshan.

Radha's Vevishal took place with a reputed person living in a neighboring village. Her husband's name is Daya Shankar. He also had a grocery store in his village, but the store was barely running. This family was very holy. They used to worship Ambama in their village every year, so Chomar praised the glory of this family devotion.

With time, the days of Navla Norta came. Maa Ambaji was established in Virpur village. The village leaders gathered and started collecting money. Dayashankar, his future son-in-law, often used to sit at Jeevanbhai's shop. He was always ready to help his in-laws.

One day Dayashankar was sitting at a shop. At that time the village leaders came to the shop to collect donations. Without looking at Jeevanbhai and his sons, he said, "We will come later." Seeing the organizers going back, Dayashankar said, "Listen, I am also considered a member of this family. You have come out to take money in the name of Mataji and in such a situation it is not right to return empty handed from the shop. Wait, I will arrange.”

Saying this, he started looking around the shop. The employees had also come well that day. Dayashankar, a devotee of Maa Ambama, donated a reasonable amount to the organizers without any hesitation. The organizers happily left expressing their gratitude. Dayashankar had donated a good amount, so he was praised everywhere in the village.

This thing slowly reached the ears of Ramji-Shamji's daughters-in-law. She was clever and practical, but she did not like the behavior of her son-in-law Dayashankar. Also, some jealous women blew Radha's sister-in-law's ears like ghee in the fire: “Did you see? What kind of authority did Jamairaja claim? Today he has donated some amount, tomorrow he will also ask for a share in the shop!”

Jealousy arose in the hearts of the sisters-in-law. His mind had soured. They started treating Nanda Radha as they pleased. They started taunting each other. As soon as night fell, they whispered to their husbands: 'Are you listening? The shop is ours and Jamairaj is like that! Nothing gets better with this. Wake up, otherwise you will have nothing left in this house.”

But the brothers kept this in mind. Days passed. Radha and Dayashankar got married. This wedding took place with extreme simplicity. False costs were not affordable. Radha went to her father-in-law.

With time, the day of Vi2pasli arrived. Radha and son-in-law Dayashankar reached home. The sister deliberately tied Rakhi to the brother. When it was time to eat, everyone ate together. But when it was time to say goodbye to the sisters-in-law, one of the proposed sisters-in-law started showering taunts. The patient Radha responded, resulting in a heated argument. Sam had to speak in front of. Brothers also joined.

The brothers said, "It is not right that you donated our hard earned money by becoming Jamairaj in the establishment of Amba Mata. Such thorns keep coming at night. Will Mataji appear and give money? Should you give the donation amount with some restraint?”

Hearing such bitter words, Dayashankar was greatly shocked. He said: “Kind Maa Amba is kind. Whatever we have received is by the grace of Maa Amba. Whatever we spend in the name of Maa, Maa will return it double. Don't worry, I will pay back the amount I have donated from your shop in installments.”

Saying this, Radha and Dayashankar left for their village. Reaching home, the son-in-law collected money by going around the whole house and gave it to his father-in-law. Ramji-Shamji took the money smiling. His grandfather Jeevanbhai refused to take the money, but his son had less money.

Time passed. Suddenly Jeevanbhai died tragically due to a heart attack. After his death, Ramji-Shamji took over the entire administration of the shop. Time was changing. The days of his downfall began. The business of the shop gradually deteriorated. With time the income of the shop reached a low level.

Finally the time came to run the house by selling the shop. After that it was time to work hard in the shop. Work hard all day, barely able to fill your stomach. Meanwhile, the widowed mother also passed away from this mortal world.

It seemed as if the aura had broken on him. But after the death of the parents, 3 ancient holy gaddis were completely broken. Also, despite many years of marriage, they were childless. He found this village heavy. He asked her husbands to go and live in another village. He said that we four people will go there and start working hard.

The wives' words seemed true to both the brothers. They started walking to go to another village. They got very tired while walking. They saw a house near the lake, where an old Doshima was seen coming from the front. Doshima came near and said: “You look sad, come, let me come home. There is also a temple here. I worship in the temple and give cold water to the passers-by.’ You stay here and sit on the ground.”

He was satisfied after hearing the former's words. They went to Doshima's house, Doshima started cooking food for dinner. When the sisters-in-law went to help her, she said, “You look very tired. I will cook the food myself. Tam- you should rest.”

Doshima immediately got to work. In a few minutes we made plates of dal-rice, vegetables, puri, doodhpak, pakoras, papad, pickle, stuffed chillies. Seeing this, the sisters-in-law were very surprised. How to bring such expensive things in such a deserted environment? But looking at the face of the old Doshima, they could not ask.

The former bathed them all with love. After a day's fatigue and a full meal, darkness fell before their eyes. Doshima made beds in the courtyard. They went to bed and slept.

The elder brother woke up first in the morning. They all got up and ate. Said, “Listen to me carefully. Late at night I saw a dream and Doshima appeared in the dream. It seemed as if she was Amba herself
